Akhuryan (Armenian: Ախուրյան; formerly, Duzk’end, Duzk’end Mets, and Duzk’yand) is a village and rural community (municipality) in the Shirak Province of Armenia. The National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia (ARMSTAT) reported its population was 9,643 in 2010,^[1] down from 9,696 at the 2001 census.^[2]
