Cullen Harper, Jr. (born October 1, 1985 in Alpharetta, Georgia) is an American football quarterback who is currently a free agent. He was undrafted in the 2009 NFL Draft[1] and has yet to sign a contract with a team. He played college football at Clemson.[2]
