Stephen Ray Fuller (born 1957-01-05 in Enid, Oklahoma) is a former professional American football player. He played seven years in the National Football League, most notably with the Chicago Bears as their backup quarterback from 1984-1986, including the Super Bowl XX championship season in 1985. Fuller played collegiately at Clemson University and was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the 1st round (23rd overall) of the 1979 NFL Draft.

Fuller was awarded a gold record and a platinum video award for the 1985 "Super Bowl Shuffle", for which he was the sixth of the ten solo singers. Fuller's dancing in the music video of the song was memorably out of sync with the rest of the team, an effect which is quite humorous at times.
