United States Census Bureau , the village has a total area of 0.4square mile s (1.0km² ), of which, 0.3 square miles (0.9 km²) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 km²) of it (5.41%) is water.Demographics
As of the
census GR|2 of 2000, there were 484 people, 157 households, and 138 families residing in the village. Thepopulation density was 1,381.6 people per square mile (533.9/km²). There were 163 housing units at an average density of 465.3/sq mi (179.8/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 91.32% White, 1.45% African American, 3.93% Asian, 1.86% from other races, and 1.45% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.75% of the population.There were 157 households out of which 34.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 82.8% were married couples living together, 2.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 11.5% were non-families. 8.9% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.08 and the average family size was 3.23.
In the village the population was spread out with 26.0% under the age of 18, 6.2% from 18 to 24, 19.0% from 25 to 44, 28.3% from 45 to 64, and 20.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females there were 92.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.5 males.
The median income for a household in the village was in excess of $200,000, as is the median income for a family. Males had a median income of over $100,000 versus $43,333 for females. The
