San Francisco, California, USALucas "Tiger" Fafara II (born January 3, 1945) is a former child actor on the Leave It to Beaver sitcom, amongst others, appearing in eighteen episodes between 1957 and 1960. He was born in San Francisco, California.
Tiger played the character "Tooey Brown," a friend of Wally Cleaver's on the show. Tiger wore distinctive classic Coke bottle lens glasses in the role. Tiger is the older brother of actor Stanley Fafara. Like Tiger, Stanley appeared on Leave it to Beaver, as Whitey Whitney.
Fafara grew up in the Los Angeles suburb of Studio City. He and his younger brother Stanley were pushed into acting by their mother.
Besides appearing on Leave It to Beaver, Fafara appeared in episodes of various television series, between 1954 and 1960, including two appearances on the CBS western series, My Friend Flicka and an appearance on My Three Sons ("Fire Watch").
After Leave It to Beaver, Fafara did not act again professionally until he appeared in the 1983 made-for-TV movie Still the Beaver, playing the adult Tooey Brown.
Tiger is the father of heavy metal singer Dez Fafara of DevilDriver and Coal Chamber. He currently resides in Rockledge, Florida.
