Allan Martyn Finlay (known as Martyn Finlay) (1912–1999) was a New Zealand politician of the Labour Party, a lawyer and Q.C.

He represented the North Shore electorate from 1946 to 1949, when he was defeated. Later he represented the Waitakere electorate from 1963 to 1969, then the Henderson electorate from 1969 to 1978, when he retired.He was a Cabinet Minister, and was the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice in the Third Labour Government 1972–1975. He was President of the Labour Party from 1958 to 1964. He lost a notable 1969 election TV debate (on the NZBC's Gallery programme) against Robert Muldoon.
He was made a Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1973.
