Reichenow, 1901The Stierling's Woodpecker (Dendropicos stierlingi) is a species of bird in the Picidae family. It is found in Malawi, Mozambique, and Tanzania. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical dry forests in the Eastern Miombo woodlands ecoregion. It is threatened by habitat loss.
