The Long-billed Honeyeater (Melilestes megarhynchus) is a species of bird in the Meliphagidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Melilestes.[citation needed]
Distribution and habitat
It is found in West Papua, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
