A metal band DeadXheaD is Megadeth fans project from Russia formed in 2004 by Paul Staine and Sergey Chirkoff in Glazov town (later Moscow).

Their style is melodic thrash heavy metal with progressive elements, and cite influences such as Megadeth, Metallica, Rage and Helloween amongst others.^[1] They released their first album, Regressive by Default in 2006, which included a cover of Megadeth's Hangar 18, and plan to return to the studio soon to begin recording their second album.
