This is a List of Melbourne High School alumni, they being notable former students - known as "Old Boys" of the public selective school, the Melbourne High School in South Yarra, Victoria, Australia.

* Lindsay Fox was expelled from Melbourne High School due to bad behaviour. The common consensus is that he was expelled due to poor academic performance.MHS Sentinel. 2006 Edition 1] Despite this, he has maintained a good relationship with the school and has made many large donations. As part of this relationship he is permitted to land his helicopter on the school football oval whenever required.
