He is a two-time Finlandia Trophy champion, 2010 Triglav Trophy champion, the 2009 Japanese bronze medalist, and [4] and 2008 junior national champion.

Personal life
Mura's father, Takashi, is a former figure skater who competed internationally in both singles and pairs.
Career
Mura placed fifth at the 2006 World Junior Figure Skating Championships. He won two medals on the Junior Grand Prix circuit in 2006 and qualified for the Junior Grand Prix Final, where he placed just off the podium. He made his senior international debut at the 2008 Finlandia Trophy, which he won.
