Patrick Thornhart is a fictional character on the daytime soap opera, "One Life to Live". He was played by Thorsten Kaye from October 1995 to September 16 1997.

Patrick meets Marty Saybrooke while in Ireland trying to dodge a terrorist group known as the "Men of 21". Todd Manning shows up to help Marty return home; Todd is mistaken for Patrick, shot by the group and presumed dead. Patrick poses as Todd in order to return to Llanview with Marty.

Patrick briefly becomes romantically involved with Todd's widow Blair Cramer Manning; a very-much-alive Todd returns and witnesses their lovemaking. Blair later loses her and Patrick's unborn child, named Brendan. Patrick marries Marty in 1997.

Marty returns to Llanview in 2006 with Cole, her son with Patrick. She reveals that Patrick had died Christmas 2005 in San Diego. He was actually murdered by a group of people who have escaped prison.
