It is classified within the Folsom-Cordova Unified School District and located in Rancho Cordova, California - in the suburbs to the east of Downtown Sacramento on US 50. During the 2010-2011 semester the school's populations was approximately 2500 students. An assessment by the Academic Performance Index (API) notes student performance and growth for the year 2009-2010.[1] The results are classified for all students and for each of the major subgroups of students as reported by the state. Subgroups are described by their skin tone and nationality, with the gradations and percentage attending school at "30% caucasian, 25% hispanic, 12% Asian/filipino, 22% African American, and 10% as being the rest."
