Marina Alexeevna Eltsova (Russian: Марина Алексеевна Ельцова) (born 4 February 1970 in Leningrad) is a Russian pair skater. She represented the Soviet Union until its fall, and, after that, Russia. With partner Andrei Bushkov, she won the 1996 World Figure Skating Championships and the 1993 and 1997 European Figure Skating Championships. The pair competed at the 1998 Winter Olympics, where they placed seventh.

She had previously skated with Sergei Zaitsev, representing the Soviet Union.

Eltsova is married and has a daughter[citation needed]. She currently is a figure skating coach at Pepsi Ice Midwest in Overland Park, KS.
