It was released on March 19, 2002[3] on Atlantic Records. The band released four singles from the album. In the band's native, Canada, the album peaked at No. 8 on the Canadian Albums Chart and was certified Double Platinum. The album peaked at No. 35 on the United States Billboard 200, and at No. 2 on the US catalog albums chart.[4] In Australia it reached No. 29, with a certification of platinum in that region. It reached No. 1 in Japan and was certified Double Platinum. Despite not charting well in the UK, it still received a Gold status. The album features two collaborations, with Joel Madden of Good Charlotte and Mark Hoppus of Blink-182. The record was certified Double Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), denoting shipments of two million copies.[5]
