Ceredigion & Mid Wales NHS Trust (Welsh: Ymddiriedolaeth GIG Ceredigion a Chanolbarth Cymru) was an NHS Trust in Wales. The headquarters of the Trust was based in the Bronglais General Hospital, in Aberystwyth. The Trust catered to the Ceredigion area, as well as large areas of south Gwynedd and north Powys.
It 2007 it was announced that Carmarthenshire NHS Trust and Pembrokeshire & Derwen NHS Trust would merge in 2008.[1] The merger occurred as planned on 1 April 2008 with the newly merged trust named Hywel Dda NHS Trust.[2]

Aberaeron Hospital
Aberaeron Hospital no longer has inpatient beds, and is now used as a base for outpatient clinics run by Consultants and Specialist Nurses.
Bronglais Rural Hospital
Bronglais Rural Hospital is a major district acute hospital located in Aberystwyth. The hospital has 174 inpatient beds (plus 12 day case places). It houses most clinical specialties, including Anaesthetics, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Diabetes, Oncology, Paediatrics, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics, Pathology and ENT, as well as an A&E department.
Cardigan Community Hospital
Cardigan Community Hospital (formerly known as Cardigan & District Memorial Hospital), is a 25-bed community hospital, located in Cardigan.
Tregaron Hospital
Tregaron Community Hospital, in Tregaron, is a small community hospital. It has 29 inpatient beds. Specialities are rehabilitation of the elderly, and palliative care. In 2000, Tregaron was awarded the Charter Mark Award for excellence.
