M-101 was the designation of a former state trunkline route in the U.S. state of Michigan. A spur route out of Millersberg in Presque Isle County which connected the town with the nearby US 23 highway to the north. Route description

Like many state highway spurs that served a town that was bypassed, M-101 was very short when it existed. The road, now known as Millersburg Road, ran from Big Cut Highway in Millersburg, north to a junction with the former route of U.S. Route 23, which is now M-68, covering a distance of just 1.22 miles.
