Douglas Moylan is the former Attorney General of Guam, 2002 - 2006.
In 2006, Moylan lost the primary election, but decided to run as a write-in candidate.[1] On the same day, the United States Supreme Court announced that it would hear Moylan's challenge of Guam's bond issuance. The case was previously affirmed by the Supreme Court of Guam, but Moylan succeeded in convincing the Supreme Court the legality of Governor Felix Camacho's plan. Oral arguments in Moylan v. Camacho will likely take place in January 2007.[2]
In 2007 Moylan has been succeeded by Alicia Limtiaco.
Education
Moylan attended the University of Notre Dame and got his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1991.
