* The Arena - The main arena or coliseum of Quahog.
* Bob's Funland And Putt-Putt Golf - An amusement park in Quahog at which Peter once had his birthday. Peter later recognized the owner of the park, Bob Funland, as a student at his high school where he and his friends often picked on Bob, such as when he "missed his mom" (his mom had died and Bob Funland was teary eyed, kneeling at her tombstone, while Peter made fun of him for 'missing his mommy' and calling him a baby).
* Cheezie Charlie's - A parody of Chuck E. Cheese's, Lois tried to throw Stewie's first birthday party there, but Peter later canceled the reservation (that was made by Lois the day of her ultrasound) after he got into an argument with the manager. The place has crane games, change machines, condom dispensers in the men's bathroom and other arcade games like Indy 500 and Virtual Stuck Behind a Bus.
* The Drunken Clam - Friendly tavern run by a man called Horace. The main haunt for Peter and his friends. Once taken over by British people, but was subsequently reclaimed. It appears that Peter and his friends are the tavern's biggest source of income. They call it "The Clam" for short. In the 1980s it was known as St. Elmo's Clam, a reference to the movie St. Elmo's Fire
* Fuzzy Clam - A nude bar which Glenn Quagmire frequently visits. He once took Chris here. A sign in front of the club indicates that minors are welcome.

A parody of the Lobster Hut located in Plymouth and Brockton, Massachusetts.
* Big Pete's House of Munch Restaurant opened and managed by the Griffin family. Due to its unpopularity Joe "infests" it with his wheelchair buddies to make Peter happy. Destroyed by angry paraplegics later. Has a statue similar to that of Bob's Big Boy.

Clubs and secret places

* Beautiful People's Club - A club for beautiful and attractive people. Peter once joined this club after getting liposuction, which made him look very attractive as a result. Chris was not allowed in here as he was considered fat and not beautiful, and there was also a sign next to the club's building which read 'Fat People Will Be Towed'.
* Temple Beth Thupporting Actor - The synagogue that accountant Max Weinstein attends.

Stores and supermarkets

* Toys 'R' Overpriced - A toy store in Quahog. Stewie bought a tricycle here, and Peter once pretended to play a keyboard while a bystander watched, thinking that Peter was actually playing the keyboard. After discovering that the keyboard was actually just playing itself, the man began to stalk Peter, calling him a phony several times. Named after Toys R Us.
* CostMart - Peter gets a free sample of sausage, then seemingly appears disguised as a samurai, and with a pair of bigger glasses. The vendor told him he could get as many as he wanted, and all three men showed up, showing they simply looked like each other. Lois also met her old boyfriend, Ross Fishman, here. Possibly a portmanteau of Costco and Walmart, although the name references the defunct regional store called "CostPlus" .
* Quahog Toy Store - Brian took Stewie here to buy "another Rupert" in Road to Rupert.
* Stop and Shop Referenced by Lois on at least one occasion.
* Superstore USA the enormous facility that drained the city of most of its power and drew business from smaller stores and restaurants such as Cleveland's Deli. Later destroyed by a tank. Featured in the episode Hell Comes to Quahog
* Jack's Joke Shop an unseen store commonly referenced by Stewie ( twice in Lethal Weapons and once in Road to Rupert). Their slogan is presumably "If it ain't funny, it ain't worth Jack".

* Wilkins Hyundai and Subaru a Hyundai and Subaru showroom in Quahog. Peter does the voiceover for the commercial in one episode
* Lackluster Video making fun of Blockbuster Video, Peter Griffin and Tom Tucker tried to rent pornographic movies from this store in the movie

Airports

* Quahog Regional Airport - Glen Quagmire works as a pilot here. Lois worked at the Quahog Airport for a short time as a stewardess. Joe and Brian also checked passengers and crew for drugs while Brian was volunteering with the Quahog Police. Stewie has been to the Quahog Airport four times - once to run away from the "Man in White", and another time to travel to Jolly Farms (a place on a children's television show that Stewie had watched) in London. In the "Jungle Love" episode, Stewie flies from Quahog to Los Angeles to slap Will Ferrell for a dry joke on Bewitched. The final time with Brian and the rest of the family to meet Brian's gay cousin Jasper. Possibly intended to correspond to real-world T. F. Green Airport, the most active Rhode Island airport. There is also another airport in the same area, as seen briefly in "Airport 07'", during a TV Report.

Clinics and hospitals

* City Dump The Griffins searched for a discarded Indian artifact here.
* James Woods- another James Woods reference (see James Woods High School above), James Woods is a forest on the outskirts of Quahog.
