Service is available to Pennsylvania Station in Midtown Manhattan via connections at Secaucus Junction. The station is located on the border between the Athenia and Dutch Hill sections of Clifton, with the Hoboken-bound platform in the Athenia section and the Suffern-bound platform located in the Dutch Hill section.
The station's two parking lots accommodate 236 cars. Parking is free of charge. The station has bike racks and two ticket machines. Its station building was recently damaged by fire, which necessitated a closure of its interior waiting room and a constructing of a rain-protected shelter in front of the building. The waiting room and restroom at the station have recently reopened but the shelter in front has remained.
