California's 46th congressional district covers part of Los Angeles County and Orange County and is currently represented by Republican Dana Rohrabacher.

The district covers some or all of the following cities in Orange County: Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, and Westminster. In Los Angeles County, the district covers Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, Palos Verdes Estates and part of Long Beach.
