"Must Be Nice" was the 2005 debut single released from R&B/soul musician Lyfe Jennings's debut album, Lyfe 268-192. The song was moderately successful on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, reaching #40. It reached #5 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. There is also a remix with New York rapper Nas that is featured on the "special edition" version of the album.And was shot in his hometown of Toledo, Ohio
