Chawk Shida district ofKandahar ,Afghanistan . One report suggested the bomb may have been rigged to a bicycle, while another report said the bomb had been hidden inside a pressure cooker. PresidentHamid Karzai laid blame on theTaliban , but Taliban spokesman MullahAbdul Samad denied any involvement, saying: "Taliban do no attack civilian targets."
