The SEPTA Subway-Surface trolleys 11 and 13 travel between the terminal and Center City Philadelphia. SEPTA suburban buses serve the terminal connecting it with other areas of Delaware County. Near the terminal, a mural can be found of a wall celebrating the arrival of the first Darby streetcars in 1858.[1]
The 13 line only serves the Darby Loop when cars are entering or leaving service. Trolleys cannot enter heading southbound from Main Street nor exit eastbound onto 9th Street, but follow the 11 line tracks to and from the Elmwood Yard.
Darby Transportation Center lies northwest of Darby Station, a Wilmington/Newark Line regional rail station with service between Newark, Delaware and Philadelphia, and runs on Amtrak's Northeast Corridor between Newark and 30th Street Station. Currently, no connections are available between the two stations.
