As of the
census GR|2 of 2000, there were 423 people, 170 households, and 122 families residing in the village. Thepopulation density was 388.3 people per square mile (149.8/km²). There were 177 housing units at an average density of 162.5/sq mi (62.7/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 95.04% White, 0.24% Black or African American, 0.71% Native American, 2.36% Asian, and 1.65% from two or more races. 1.42% of the population wereHispanic orLatino of any race.There were 170 households out of which 33.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.9% were married couples living together, 4.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 28.2% were non-families. 24.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.49 and the average family size was 2.99.
In the village the population was spread out with 26.0% under the age of 18, 6.6% from 18 to 24, 29.8% from 25 to 44, 22.5% from 45 to 64, and 15.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 90.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 86.3 males.
