OBS Logistics was formerly known as FWL Technologies, before being acquired in by the Anisa Group in October 2006.^[1]

OBS Logistics has offices in London (Corporate Headquarters), Solihull, Liverpool, and Singapore and a call centre called FirstCall located in Blackpool where all call logging is dealt with.

OBS Logistics has a software portfolio of several Transport Management Systems and several Warehouse Management Systems.
