Future of Series 80

Nokia does not use the Series 80 platform in its latest Communicator mobile phone, the Nokia E90. Series 80 used the large size of the Communicator screens to best effect, but needed separate development for a relatively small market. The operating system on the E90 is closely related to that used on phones with smaller screens, and does not take full advantage of the large screen.
