The Uinta chipmunk, Neotamias umbrinus, is a species of Chipmunk, a rodent in the family Sciuridae. It is endemic to the United States.

Habitat

The Uinta chipmunk prefers to live in subalpine zone forests and eats seeds and fruits. Uinta Chipmunks, also spelled Uintah, live in scattered trees, brush, and rocks.[2]
