5 May 2011Personal details Political party Labour Neil Findlay[1] is a Scottish Labour Party Member of the Scottish Parliament, representing the Lothian region.[2] He is also involved in West lothian council as a Councillor, a member of the Performance Committee, Local Area Committee and the Services for the Community Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel.He is also a member of the West Lothian Development Trust.[3]
