James Kelly (born 23 October 1963) is a Scottish Labour Co-operative politician and Member of the Scottish Parliament for the Glasgow Rutherglen constituency. He was elected for the first time in the 2007 Scottish Election.
Prior to his election he worked as election agent for the Labour Co-operative MP Tommy McAvoy. Kelly lives in Cambuslang and before being elected worked in East Kilbride.
