NEC Unified Solutions (formerly NEC Philips Unified Systems) is a wholly owned subsidiary of NEC and specializes in providing communication solutions to small, medium and large enterprises, in both private and public sectors in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

The headquarters of NEC Unified Solutions are located in Hilversum where it employs 200 employees. The main activities at the headquarters are sales management, finance, product support and IT.

NEC Unified solutions has sales and customer support offices in the Netherlands, Sweden, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and the Middle East (Dubai).

Services/Products

NEC markets its portfolio of voice and data products under the UNIVERGE brand. UNIVERGE solutions integrate products, applications and services in a multi-vendor environment to deliver traditional, hybrid and converged IP communication solutions. NEC is focused on providing solutions for medium and large enterprises in the private and public sectors.
