Products include microwave, RF, and optical signal generators (sources), spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers. Its history includes Annaka Corporation in Japan.vague In 1990 Anritsu acquired Wiltron Company in the United States. Net sales in FY2005 was 91 billion yen, or roughly $800 million. It has been listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange since 1961 (Tyo|6754). As of 2006, it employed 3700 employees in 18 countries.

Anritsu Company USA

Anritsu Company is the American subsidiary of Anritsu Corporation, a global provider of innovative communications test and measurement solutions for more than 110 years. Anritsu provides solutions for existing and next-generation wired and wireless communication systems and operators. Anritsu products include wireless, optical, microwave/RF, and digital instruments as well as operations support systems for R&D, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance. Anritsu also provides precision microwave/RF components, optical devices, and high-speed electrical devices for communication products and systems. With offices throughout the world, Anritsu sells in over 90 countries with approximately 4,000 employees.

Anritsu's United States corporate offices and manufacturing facilities are located in Morgan Hill, California, at the location of the former Wiltron Corporation. The Americas Sales Region Headquarters are located in Richardson, Texas. A Government Contracting office is maintained in Pine Brook, New Jersey.

Anritsu EMEA

Anritsu EMEA covers Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With over 750 employees in the region the headquarters are based in Luton (UK) with field offices in Dubai, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. Other areas are managed through local distributors.

Anritsu Japan History

In Japan, Anritsu's first predecessor, Sekisan-sha, was founded in 1895. Annaka Electric Company followed, producing wireless transmitters and the world's first wireless telephone service and Japan's first automatic public telephone. More recently, their SONET analyzer measuring 10Gb/s and transmitter test products are of note.
