Nihon Ad Systems, Inc. (（株）日本アドシステムズ, Kabushiki-gaisha Nihon Ado Shisutemuzu^?), NAS for short, is a Japanese anime production and character merchandising company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the advertising agency Asatsu-DK. The "Ad" in its title is an abbreviation for "Animation Development".^[1][2] Along with animation studios Sunrise, Toei Animation and TMS Entertainment, it is co-founder and shareholder of the Japanese anime television network Animax.^[3][4] It has its headquarters in Tsukiji, Chūō, Tokyo.^[5]

NAS has often blocked the videos of "Yu-Gi-Oh!" card game anime episodes, which is a popular anime they produced. The reason is usually a copyright claim. The removed video will produce this message This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by （株）日本アドシステムズ.
