Frederick Munroe Bourne (June 26, 1910 – July 11, 1992) was an international backstroke and freestyle swimmer who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics, 1932 Summer Olympics and 1936 Summer Olympics.

In the 1928 Olympics he won a bronze medal in the 4x200 m freestyle relay event. He was also fourth in his semifinal of the 100 m backstroke event and fourth in his first round heat of the 100 m freestyle event and did not advance in both occasions.

Four years later he was fourth in the 4x200 m freestyle relay event. He was also fourth in his semifinal of the 100 m backstroke event and third in his first round heat of the 100 m freestyle event and did not advance in both occasions.

In the 1936 Olympics he was seventh in the 4x200 m freestyle relay event. He was also fourth in his first round heat of the 100 m freestyle event and sixth in his first round heat of the 100 m backstroke event and did not advance in both occasions.

He claimed the gold medal in the men's 100 yards freestyle event at the 1930 British Empire Games. At the same Games he was also a member of the Canadian relay team which won the gold medal in the 4 x 200 yards freestyle relay.
