Centar Župa is also the name of the village where the municipal seat is found. Centar Župa Municipality is part of the Southwestern Statistical Region.

Geography
The municipality borders Struga Municipality to the south, Debar Municipality to the east, north and west, and Albania to the west.

The municipality consists of the following villages: Bajramovci, Balanci, Breštani, Broštica, Centar Župa, Crno Boci, Dolgaš, Dolno Melničani, Elevci, Evla, Golem Papradnik, Gorenci, Gorno Melničani, Kočišta, Kodžadžik, Mal Papradnik, Novak, Odžovci, Osolnica, Pareši, Pralenik, Vlasikji, Žitineni
