Resen ( _mk. Ресен) is a municipality in south-western Republic of Macedonia. "Resen" is also the name of the town where the municipal seat is found. Resen Municipality is located in the Pelagonia statistical region.

Geography

The municipality borders Ohrid municipality in the west, Demir Hisar municipality in the north-east, Bitola municipality in the east, and Greece and Albania in the south.
