Dillwyn, 1853Subspecies The Philippine Megapode (Megapodius cumingii), also known as the Philippine Scrubfowl or the Tabon Scrubfowl, is a species of bird in the Megapodiidae family. It is found in Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.[1]
