Saitama, Saitama Prefecture, JapanOccupation Voice actor Years active 1958 - present Hiroshi Masuoka (増岡 弘 Masuoka Hiroshi , born August 7, 1936) is a Japanese voice actor from Saitama who is perhaps most known for his role as Masuo Fuguta in Sazae-san in Japan, also known as Jam Ojisan in Anpanman.
He also notably voiced Master Roshi during the last episodes of Dragon Ball Z and all of Dragon Ball GT following Kohei Miyauchi's death. He currently works for Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society.
