Mars is an album released by Gackt on April 26, 2000. It marks the artist's first full-length solo record. The album reached the third place on the Oricon weekly albums chart, and charted for five weeks.^[1] Live recordings of most songs from Mars can be found on the artist's first Platinum Box release.

Notes

• "Emu ~for my dear~" and "U+K" were written in memory of Malice Mizer ex-member and friend, Kami.^{[citation needed]}
• While not sung in any actual language, the album's booklet still provides lyrics for the song "Ares".
• An acoustic re-recording of "Dears" later appeared on the album Love Letter.
• "Dears" is used as the BGM in a "Gundam the Ride" commercial.
