Bunraku (film)

"Bunraku" is an upcoming film currently in production in Bucharest, Romania, by Guy Moshe (as Director and Screenwriter) is scheduled for release in 2009. Described by Mr. Moshe as "an action-fantasy circus ride into man's fascination with violence - a Spaghetti Western, samurai movie feel". Synopsis

A mysterious drifter (Josh Hartnett) and an ardent young Japanese warrior Yoshi (Camui Gackt) arrive in a town that is terrorized by criminals. Each with a separate mission, guided by the wisdom of The Bartender (Woody Harrelson) the two join forces to bring down the corrupt reign of Nicola (Ron Perlman), and his lady Alexandra (Demi Moore).

Shot on location in Romania, the film is now in post-production.
