Dendropsophus leucophyllatus is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and possibly Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, moist savanna, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches.
