Deepa Dasmunshi is a member of the 15th Lok Sabha. She was elected as a Indian National Congress candidate from Raiganj (Lok Sabha constituency).

Daughter of Benoy Ghosh and Durga Ghosh, she was married to Priya Ranjan Dasmunsi in 1994. She was educated at Rabindra Bharati University and is a post graduate in dramtics. She was a gold medallist at the post-graduation level.^[1]

She was elected to the West Bengal state assembly in 2006 from the Goalpokhar (Vidhan Sabha constituency).^[2]
