And who was a chief campaigner of Hamid Karzia's presidential election in N.W.F.P in 2004[1] . He and his party workers were warned many times by other political groups and Talibans in Nangarhar and some of his party's political activists were killed after the parliamentarian elections in 2005 and all allegations were on Hazrat Ali and Taliban.

Daud Arsala, known as Braved and well known personality in Nangarhar, is from a distinguished Afghan family with a long record of service. Their forefather Arsala Khan was Foreign Minister of Afghanistan under the famous king Amir Sher Ali and was a leader of resistance to the British in the second Anglo-Afghan War. Since the end of the jihad he has developed a series of businesses in Afghanistan. Abroad he has worked as a community organiser.
Daud Arsala’s father, Amanullah Khan Jabbarkhail, served as a district administer in various parts of the country. Two of his uncles, Mohammad Rafiq Khan Jabbarkhail and Haji Zaman Khan Jabbarkhail, were members of the 7th session of the Afghan Parliament which worked to expand the rights of ordinary citizens under the monarchy.
Political Background
Daud Arsala’s brothers Haji Abdul Haq , Haji Abdul Qadir and Haji Din Mohammad were Mujahideen commanders who fought against the forces of the USSR during the Soviet Occupation of Afghanistan from 1980 through 1989. In 2001, Abdul Haq was captured and executed by the Taliban while pursuing efforts to promote the formation of a broad-based representative government. Haji Abdul Qadir served as a Governor of Nangarhar Province after the Soviet Occupation and was credited with maintaining peace in the province during the years of civil conflict that followed the Soviet withdrawal. Haji Abdul Qadir served as a Vice President in the newly formed post-Taliban government of Hamid Karzai, but was assassinated by unknown assailants in 2002.
It is believed that many of the political activists campaigning for Hamid Karzai have been tortured and killed in several parts of Afghanistan for the fact that they helped in the process of establishing Hamid Karzai's government, recently before the presidential election in 2009 some of the activists in eastern Afghanistan in Nangarhar were brutally tortured and decapitated while few were lucky to escape .
On February 22, 2010 Mohammed Zaman was killed in Ningarhar province with his 14 Bodyguards by Taliban which shows how active they are in Ningarhar, Haji Zaman who survived 30 years of Gorilla war was at last killed when he was handing over the ownership papers of land to his villagers.
He is also the brother of slain commander Abdul Haq.[7]
