-
Dardasht (Persian: دردشت) is the name of a neighbourhood in Isfahan, Iran.
Dardasht is the name of a quarter (formerly known as Babol-Dasht) and a historical minaret in Isfahan Province of Iran. Dardasht is well known for its outstanding cemetery and shrine architecture as the Darb-i Imam Shrine. The Dardasht quarter of Isfahan was one of the major Jewish quarters of the city. Unlike other Jewish quarters, Dardasht was in closer proximity to the city center and its Jewish residents had a closer contact with Muslim areas of the city. Unlike Jews of Mahlleh--Juybareh--Dardashti Jews could not converse in the Judæo-Persian language[citation needed].
