Geography and population
In 2011, Kosovska Kamenica municipality was estimated to have 35,600 citizens.
Kosovska Kamenica is the most eastern of Kosovo's municipalities. Currently the population is approximately 74% Kosovo Albanian and 23% Kosovo Serb with a small number of Roma.

- ^ a b Kosovo is the subject of a territorial dispute between the Republic of Serbia and the self-proclaimed Republic of Kosovo.
