D34 is a state road in Slavonia region of Croatia connecting the cities of Daruvar, Slatina, Donji Miholjac and Osijek. The road is 119.1 km (74.0 mi) long.[1] Parts of the D34 road are concurrent with the D2 and D517 state roads.
The road, as well as all other state roads in Croatia, is managed and maintained by Hrvatske ceste, state owned company.[2]
