Strabomantis necerus is a species of frog in the Strabomantidae family. It is found in Ecuador and possibly Colombia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
