Phyllocharis undulata is a species of leaf beetle found in Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, Java, Lombok and Timor.[1] It feeds on various species of Clerodendrum (Verbenaceae), including C. inerme,[1] C. chinense[2] and C. calamitosum.[3] It has been considered as a biological control agent against C. chinense, which has become a serious weed on some islands in the south-western Pacific Ocean, including Samoa, Niue and Fiji.[2]
