39 13 ALF's Special Christmas: Part 2 ALF tries to escape from the hospital. As he does so he finds himself trapped in an elevator and having to deliver a baby, then having to convince the despondent landlord of the Tanner's rented cabin not to jump off a bridge. December 14, 1987
40 14 The Boy Next Door ALF befriends Trevor and Raquel's nephew Jake from New York. January 4, 1988
41 15 Can I Get a Witness? ALF is put on trial for breaking the neighbors' window. January 11, 1988

49 23 I'm Your Puppet ALF gets a ventriloquist dummy in the mail. March 21, 1988
50 24 Tequila Kate's alcolohic friend Maura sees ALF while spending a night at the Tanner household, but thinks he is her drinking buddy and gets ALF drunk then hungover. March 28, 1988
51 25 We Are Family The Tanners plan a party for ALF, who is depressed that he is the only one of his species. May 2, 1988
52 26 Varsity Drag After realizing that Willie and Kate have emptied Lynn's college fund to support him, a guilty ALF gets 10 newspaper routes (500 newspapers and a extra by mistake) to earn money for the family. May 9, 1988

60 8 Turkey in the Straw: Part 2 The homeless man befriends ALF, but the Alien Task Force are still on their way. November 15, 1988 (Tuesday night)
61 9 Changes Kate starts working and then discovers that she is pregnant. (Anne Schedeen who portrayed Kate, was pregnant in real life.) November 21, 1988
62 10 My Back Pages Seeing Willie and Kate reminiscing over their old stuff in the attic and show the family film footage of them attending the Woodstock festival, ALF asks Willie about the 1960s, causing Willie to ponder if he abandoned the ideals he held during those years. November 28, 1988
63 11 Alone Again, Naturally ALF mistakenly believes his cousin Blinky is living in Barstow, getting himself captured by a deranged freak show owner and needing Willie to free him. December 5, 1988

81 3 Wanted: Dead or Alive ALF is worried about Willie when a criminal resembling him is profiled on a crime-stopper TV show. When the police hold Willie on suspicion and interrogate him to learn his background, the Tanners accuse ALF of dropping a dime on Willie, which ALF denies. October 2, 1989
82 4 We're in the Money Using Willie's home computer, ALF discovers and becomes addicted to making stock-market deals. October 9, 1989
