ALF is kept under lock and key in military custody, and is scheduled for execution by Colonel Milfoil (Martin Sheen), the leader of the ATF. * The Tanner family's absence was explained as them being relocated to Iceland. According to the commentary on the DVD, there was supposed to be a scene where a helicopter drops off a crate in Iceland, and Willie Tanner runs out of the igloo that he and his family are living in to collect their monthly rations, located within the crate. However, Tom Patchett and Paul Fusco felt that this was more of ALF's show this time around, and thus we only hear about what happened to them.
